At Fusion & Finds, we take great care to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow a clear and simple return policy for damaged items.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange due to damage, you must provide a complete unboxing video as proof.

Please ensure the video meets the following requirements:

  • The video must begin before opening the outer seal of the package.

  • It must be recorded in one continuous shot, with no cuts, edits, pauses, or filters.

  • The product, packaging, and any visible damage should be clearly shown.

Return or exchange requests without a proper unboxing video will be declined.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Damage caused after opening the package or due to personal handling will not be accepted for a return or refund.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories/jewellery boxes cannot be processed.

Condition for Approved Returns

If your return request is approved, please ensure:

  • The product is returned in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, jewellery boxes, and accessories are included.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, please allow 2 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase
